Returns

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
    • Personal care items such as health and personal hygiene products.
    • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
  3. Return Process:

    • Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  4. Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

    • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
